   Alice began her real estate career in 1961 when she went to work as a Corporate Coordinator, Escrow officer and accountant for Cornish & Carey.  She decided in 1974 to become a real estate agent and by 1979 had started her own company, Seville Properties. 

   Seville Properties grew to three offices and 110 full-time agents before its sale in 1997 to National Realty Trust. Agents needed to have at least five years of experience selling and a high income to be eligible to be part of this elite group of agents.  Alice and her two partners created a premier real estate company that raised the level of professionalism and knowledge within the real estate industry.

   Alice has sold real estate on the Peninsula for 35 years. She has won the Achievement Award for Outstanding Sales Production (given by the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors) every year she has been in the business.  She is an active participant in her local trade Association, national relocation services, board member for Family and Children Services and many other charitable organizations in her community
